Q: Can I get samples first of my own design before official order?
A: Yes, of course. Making sample fee is required and depend on different design.
Q: How's the delivery time?
A: Estimated time of service: 25 days after design approval and deposit.
Q: Should we need to pay the mold cost again when we reorder?
A: No, mold cost is required in the very first time, it can be reused in the repeat order.
Q: How is the quality control managed?
A: We maintain a 100% QC inspection process throughout our production line to ensure the highest standards for all packaging products.
